Omnia Salute Roma was founded by Dr Alfonso Maria Irollo, a doctor specialising in infertility and head of the Omnia Salute healthcare group. The goal was clear: to offer a medically assisted reproduction (MAR) centre in the capital, capable of facilitating access to treatment for patients in Rome and across Europe.
Initially conceived as a reference point for the orientation and selection of patients destined for affiliated facilities, Omnia Salute has progressively expanded its offering, establishing itself as the group’s private and independent MAP centre. Today, it stands out not only for the quality of its clinical protocols, but also for the personalised attention it gives to each couple’s needs.
The centre combines the experience of Dr Irollo and Chianciano Salute team with the latest diagnostic and therapeutic technologies, offering an innovative and humane approach to infertility treatment.

Equipe Medica
Dr Alfonso Maria Irollo is a gynaecologist specialising in medically assisted reproduction and regenerative medicine. After more than 35 years of medical practice, he has been the owner and clinical director of one of Italy's leading fertility centres, Chianciano Salute, and two other centres for medically assisted reproduction and regenerative medicine, Omnia Salute Roma and Omnia Salute Gragnano, for several years. He was the first doctor in Italy to personalise pharmacological treatment for ovarian stimulation and the first to introduce protein diets, ozone oxygen therapy, radiofrequency, microbiota and regenerative medicine (ovarian and uterine regeneration) into ART. In 2016, he created the first Regenerative Medicine Unit for ART, for the well-being of the female body and for difficulties with sexual relations, incontinence, and the aesthetics of the genitals and the whole person. He is the gynaecologist of reference for Ovarian Regeneration at the Bioscience Institute of the Republic of San Marino, a centre of excellence in stem cell research. He is the author of several scientific publications, a speaker and moderator at medical conferences, and participates in numerous national and international courses and conferences.
La dr.ssa Maria Francesca Gangale si è laureata cum laude nel 2004: presso Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore di Roma, dove ha anche conseguito nel 2010, con il massimo dei voti, la specializzazione in ginecologia ed ostetricia. Da subito il suo campo di interesse è stata la ginecologia endocrinologica ed in particolare la medicina della riproduzione che ha perfezionato durante la sua esperienza presso la Chianciano Salute. Ha pubblicato numerosi studi scientifici e partecipato in qualità di relatrice a congressi nazionali ed internazionali. Collabora con il Centro Omnia Salute di Roma dal 2012 dapprina come medico della Chianciano Salute e da qualche anno come ginecologo del centro Omnia Salute esperta in PMA. Si occupa inoltre della gestione della gravidanza da PMA per le donne che non hanno un ginecologo di riferimento.
La dott.ssa Rossella Palermo, e' un' Ostetrica del centro Omnia Salute di Roma. Collabora con il centro di Pma di Roma da circa 1 anno. Laureata presso la Sapienza di Roma nel 2009, accompagna le coppie e le famiglie da più di 10 anni nell'intero percorso della maternità. Dal momento in cui si sceglie di diventare genitori fino ai primi anni di vita del bambino. Grazie al centro Omnia Salute, vedo realizzare il sogno di molte coppie diventare famiglia, il mio supporto e la mia professionalità li accompagna nel loro percorso.
La dotr ssa Maria Di Rosa è un ostetrica che lavora da 13 anni con il Gruppo Omnia Salute. Presso la Struttura di Roma si occupa della donna in tutte fasi della vita, accompagnandola dall'adolescenza alla post menopausa alla riscoperta delicato mondo del pavimento pelvico.
Dr Saverio Muzzì graduated in Medical Biotechnology (specialising in Human Reproduction) from the University of Florence in 2009 and qualified as a biologist in 2011. He began his career in 2010. He has been working with Omnia Salute since June 2025. He is a member of the Italian Society for Reproduction and Research (SIERR), for which he was the representative for the Lazio region from 2022 to 2024.
La dott.ssa Annarita Sansone è laureata in Biologia della Riproduzione presso l'Università degli studi di Napoli Federico II.

Dott.ssa Mariateresa Commentale laureata in sociologia con master in marketing e comunicazione. Office manager Collabora con Omnia Salute da più di 10 anni. Oltre che della parte amministrativa, si occupa della gestione dell’agenda, accoglienza pazienti e organizzazione del loro percorso con la nostra struttura. Il suo intento è quello di facilitare le coppie nella organizzazione lineare degli step da affrontare prima della tecnica di PMA. Con lei i pazienti condividono dubbi e incertezze che sapientemente i nostri medici sanno risolvere, ma anche sorrisi e gioie quando vedono realizzato il proprio sogno.
La dott.ssa Veronica Scibilia è laureata in Lettere Moderne. Collabora con Omnia Salute dal 2025.
